We are looking for a senior UI/UX designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications. They will be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. They will also need to collaborate with development teams to ensure that the designs are implemented correctly.

Responsibilities

•  Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images

Requirements

• Proven graphic designing experience for promotional reasons
• A strong portfolio of ad banners, illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator,Figma, Photoshop etc)
• Ability to create visuals that communicate the right message & promt actions
• A keen eye for aesthetic and small details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
• Fluent in English
